The best seasons are Autumn (September to November) and Spring (March to May).
For many of our easier treks, no prior experience is required—just a reasonable level of fitness. However, challenging high-altitude treks like Everest Base Camp or Annapurna Circuit require good physical conditioning and stamina.
Our guides are trained in Wilderness First Aid and carry comprehensive medical kits. In severe cases, we coordinate rapid helicopter evacuations. We require all our guests to have travel insurance that covers high-altitude trekking and helicopter rescue.
